Usage Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to Pocket Punchlist! Our platform provides AI-powered home inspection insights to help users make informed real estate decisions.

When you use any Pyramid Three LLC products or services, you are agreeing to these latest Usage Policies ("Policies"). “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us” in any of our policies or terms, refers to Pyramid Three LLC. "Services" refers to any services provided by Pyramid Three LLC, including Pocket Punchlist.

These Policies outline the governing pricing, payments, refunds, usage, and responsibilities when accessing our Services. By using Pocket Punchlist, you agree to the following Policies. We may update these at any time.

2. Pricing, Payment, and Subscription Policy

2.1 Pay-Per-Property Model

Some or all features of Pocket Punchlist are available on a Pay-Per-Property basis. When using this model:

  • Users are billed per new property created in the system.

  • A valid payment method (such as a credit card) is required for processing payments.

  • Pay-Per-Property accounts are subject to usage limits, which can be found in the “Account” page under “Usage.”

2.2 Subscription Model

Users may choose to upgrade to a monthly or annual subscription for expanded access.

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).

  • Users agree that their subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle unless canceled.

  • The renewal charge will be applied under the same conditions as the prior Billing Cycle unless fees have changed (see Section 2.4).

  • If automatic billing fails, Pocket Punchlist will attempt to charge the payment method multiple times before canceling the subscription.

  • Users can manage or cancel their subscription at any time via their Account page under "Manage Billing."

Billing Information Requirements

To maintain uninterrupted service, users must provide accurate and complete billing details, including:

  • Full name

  • Billing address (including state and zip code)

  • Email address

  • Valid payment method

By submitting payment information, users authorize Pocket Punchlist to charge all applicable subscription fees, taxes, and renewal payments to their chosen payment method.

2.3 Cancellation Policy

  • Subscriptions are recurring and will continue billing until canceled.

  • Users may cancel at any time via the "Manage Billing" section in their account.

  • Once canceled, the subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be applied.

  • Users will maintain access to services until the end of their final billing period. 

  • Payments for Pocket Punchlist subscriptions and enterprise licenses are generally non-refundable.

2.4 Fee Changes

  • Pocket Punchlist reserves the right to modify Pay-Per-Property or Subscription fees at any time.

  • If fees change, users will receive a minimum of 30 days' notice via email before new rates take effect.

  • Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes agreement to pay the updated fees.

2.5 Refund and Dispute Policy

Refunds are generally not provided unless there is a verified bug or error in our service. If you believe an issue qualifies for a refund:

  • Contact our support team via the "Contact Us" page with details of the issue.

  • Users must provide demonstrable proof of the error to be eligible for a refund review.

  • Refunds are granted at the discretion of Pocket Punchlist.

3. Usage Policy

3.1 Artificial Intelligence Limitations

Pocket Punchlist utilizes AI technology to provide automated home inspection insights. However, it is important to understand:

  • AI-generated reports are for informational purposes only and should not be solely relied upon for real estate decisions.

  • The AI may fail to detect defects, structural issues, environmental hazards, or other risks.

  • Reports do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability.

  • The service does not replace a professional home inspection and does not constitute legal, engineering, or real estate advice.

User Responsibility for Professional Inspections

  • Users must obtain a licensed home inspection before making financial decisions.

  • Pocket Punchlist does not accept liability for decisions made solely based on AI-generated reports.

  • Reliance on AI insights is at the user’s own risk.

3.2 Customer Responsibilities

Users are expected to use Pocket Punchlist responsibly and ethically.

Permitted Use

Users may:
✅ Access AI-powered insights for personal or business property evaluations.
✅ Share AI-generated findings with professionals for further analysis.
✅ Provide feedback to help improve AI accuracy.

Prohibited Activities

Users must not:
❌ Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract AI models or proprietary technology.
❌ Use the service for illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes.
❌ Input sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information.
❌ Hack, tamper with, or disrupt Pocket Punchlist’s functionality.
❌ Use automated tools, bots, or scraping methods to extract data.

3.3 Data Security and Privacy

Pocket Punchlist prioritizes data security but cannot guarantee absolute protection against security threats. By using the platform, users acknowledge:

  • Risk of unauthorized access, hacking, or data breaches.

  • Responsibility to protect their login credentials and account.

3.4 Violations and Enforcement

Failure to comply with this Usage Policy may result in:

  • Suspension or termination of access to Pocket Punchlist.
